1. About Wisescores

Wisescores is a free sports betting tools platform. You can follow football matches, view odds, generate bet ideas, save ideas to your profile, and manage favourites.

Wisescores is not a sportsbook. You cannot deposit money, withdraw money, or place bets inside Wisescores. Any betting decisions you make are with third-party bookmakers outside our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough under the laws of your country to use sports-betting-related information tools and to agree to these Terms. If you are not, do not use Wisescores.

You are responsible for complying with local laws about online services and gambling-related information where you live.

3. Accounts and authentication

You may browse much of Wisescores as a guest. An account is required for features such as saving generated bets, favouriting teams or leagues, and accessing your profile.

You can sign in with Google or an email one-time code. Continuing with either method means you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate information and keep access to your email or Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, or violate these Terms.

4. Marketing emails

When you create an account, you are opted in by default to receive emails about news, tips, and updates from Wisescores.

You can revoke that preference at any time in Profile → Settings → Email preferences by unchecking the marketing emails option. You can opt back in the same way. Transactional messages such as one-time sign-in codes and replies to support requests are not marketing emails.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Wisescores for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or overload the service
• Misrepresent your identity or bypass authentication or rate limits
• Use the platform to harass others or send spam through our contact channels
• Treat odds, predictions, or generated bets as guaranteed outcomes or financial advice

6. Match data, odds, and tools

Football match, team, and odds data is supplied by third parties (including API-Football). Data may be delayed, incomplete, or differ from what a bookmaker shows when you place a bet elsewhere.

The bet generator and related tools produce informational ideas only. They do not place bets, guarantee returns, or replace your own judgment.

7. Intellectual property

Wisescores branding, site design, and our original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes as intended.

Third-party marks, team logos, and competition assets remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free data, or that tools will meet your expectations.

Sports betting involves risk. You are solely responsible for any bets you place with third parties and for any losses that result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisescores and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or betting losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using Wisescores at any time. You may delete your account from Profile → Settings, which permanently removes your personal account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service. We may also terminate access if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
